Lemala Camp Northern Serengeti is located in north Serengeti This is an ancestral home to the Kuria community. The camp is in an exclusive place . It is hidden and has a spectacular intimate setting. It would prove hard to find only 30 minutes from the Mara river and Langai triangle. It is located at an escarpment with scenic views of the rolling hills and plains. Boulders, figs and sausage trees provide cover for this intimate secluded camp. The big cats are a sighting here. The boulders and figs offer perfect ambush scenarios. Flowing streams lined with trees and shaded valleys attract a variety of animals to this area. This makes The Lemala camp a wildlife rich destination. Elephant, bushbucks Zebras and lions roam freely. The wildebeest migration makes this a top destination as they move in to Masaai Mara. The movement of the thousand of hoofed animals is spectacular.
The camp consists of 10 luxury tents . The tents have a raised deck strategically placed to give the best scenic views. Each tented offers a feel of intimacy as it is shaded by large trees and gigantic boulders. The tents are en suite and also with outdoor showers and bath. This giving an opportunity to see the natural and wild views outside. There is a plunge pool to cool off from the savannah. perfect after a days drive in the dry savannah. There is a common area, dinning and sitting area that has a log fire place. The upper deck back offers the most spectacular view of the Serengeti plains.
